I could eat pancakes all year around! But with summer coming up, there are no oversized sweaters to hide that food belly anymore. No worries, I got your back with this amazing healthy and delicious pancake recipe which will make you able to enjoy these fluffy treats, even in summer!
These pancakes are made from all natural ingredients, vegetarian and gluten free. For 8 pancakes you will need:

Now all options are on the table, let’s get started. First add the rolled oats into a blender and blend until it becomes a powder like texture, oat flower. Mush up the banana or blend until smooth. Next, add all dry ingredients (oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt) into a bowl. To this, add all wet ingredients (banana, eggs, vanilla and liquid) and mix until a smooth texture. Now is also the time to add any extra ingredients to the batter.
Heat a skillet pan (sprayed with nonstick cooking spray or coconut oil) over medium heat and add portions of the patter to the pan. If the batter appears too thick, just add a little more of your liquid of choice. Cooking will take about 3 minutes or until you see larger bubbles appearing on top of the pancakes. Flip and repeat on the other side.
